Hamel Resources, LLC will offer training for effective meeting facilitation skills at ACC on January 27, 2010.
Effective meeting facilitators understand their role in creating a clear purpose, including everyone in the process to achieve goals and remaining neutral as they keep discussions on track. Participants will experience what goes into an effective meeting from beginning to end: from formulating an effective agenda, strategies for brainstorming, understanding the dynamics of participants and managing to seek and build consensus.

Hamel Resources, L.L.C. recently partnered with TD Bank managers for a teambuilding session. The food4thought session resulted in over 200 pounds of food that was donated to the Salvation Army though the Tri County United Way Live United program to help local families in need.
