As principal owner, Gail Hamel offers over 25 years of first hand business experience. She has been called “well seasoned” and offers the expertise that you will find to be an invaluable resource.
Gail is a former Vice President of Human Resources, teacher and small business owner. She has managed employment, compensation, and benefit functions, developed and facilitated training to all levels of staff, and has been involved in merger related activities in the financial services and manufacturing industries.
Gail has been a keynote speaker and facilitator at Human Resources and industry conferences along with providing inspiration at staff recognition and motivational events.
Gail graduated summa cum laude and holds a BS in Elementary Education. She has completed the ABA Graduate School of Human Resources at the University of Colorado and the NYBA Management School of Career Development at West Point. As an active member of the community, Gail serves on numerous Board of Directors and Advisory Committees and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management.
